Shipping Policy

All UK and International orders over £50 will receive free shipping - In the UK, this should take 3-5 working days to arrive according to our shipping partner, Royal Mail; and overseas, please allow 7-21 working days for this to arrive.

All orders placed before 2pm UK Time will be dispatched on the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm may not be dispatched until the following working day, so please factor this into your expected delivery date.

Shipping Options:

Standard UK Shipping £1.90 (free for orders over £50) - The Standard UK Shipping option is a Royal Mail 48 hour service - Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive (No tracking information is provided with this service).

Tracked 48 Hour UK Shipping £3.50 - The Tracked 48 Hour UK Shipping option is delivered via a Tracked Royal Mail 48 hour service - Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive (You will receive tracking information via email or SMS).

Tracked 24 Hour Shipping £4.99 - The Tracked 24 Hour UK Shipping option is delivered via a Tracked Royal Mail 24 hour service - Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to arrive (You will receive tracking information via email or SMS). Tracked 24 Hour Shipping guarantees will not be available for orders made on Saturdays and Sundays.

Tracked - Europe and Rest of World £10 (free for orders over £50) - Please allow 7-21 working days for your international order to arrive (You will receive tracking information via email or SMS).

Return & Exchange Policy

If your new cap falls short of your expectations for any reason whatsoever, you can return an item within 28 days from the date you received the item. 

Caps must be returned unused and in the same condition in which you received them, including all the original tags. 

To return, please see the returns slip included with your delivery. Please fill out this slip and include with your returned parcel. If a slip was not included with your parcel, please repack your item with an included note which states your name and order number along with your preferred course of action (Refund or exchange). Import Tax

Under the new European Union Law D.A.P (Delivered at place), all orders in the EU will be liable to duty and import taxes. In this occasion, the buyer is responsible for any charges that may accrue. Please check the import charges for your country.
